52例感染性肾结石的临床治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究分析对感染性肾结石患者采取瑞士第五代EMS超声联合气压弹道碎石清石系统经皮肾进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取本院2013年4-12月收治的52例感染性肾结石患者作为临床研究对象,所有患者经皮肾下采取瑞士第五代EMS超声联合气压弹道碎石清石系统进行治疗。结果:所有患者均成功治愈,结石完全清除率为98%;平均手术时间为54 min;平均住院时间为(7.5±2.3)d;术中平均失血量为85 mL,对其进行复查,碎石效果较满意,仅1例术后出现低热,经积极抗感染治疗后症状消失。余未出现并发症。结论:对感染性肾结石患者采取瑞士第五代EMS超声联合气压弹道碎石清石系统进行治疗,能够提高碎石清石率,减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore clinical effect of infectious kidney stones by Swiss fifth generation EMS pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy qing stone system of ultrasonic treatment.Method：From April 2013 to December 2013, 52 cases of infectious patients with kidney stones were selected as clinical research objects,all of the patients under percutaneous renal take fifth generation,Switzerland EMS pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy qing stone system of ultrasonic treatment. Result：All patients were successfully cured,stone clearance rate was 98%.The average operation time was 54 min.The average length of hospital stay was（7.5±2.3）d.Median intraoperatie blood loss was 85 mL,carries on the review,gravel effect was satisfied,only one case of postoperative low thermal,by the positive symptoms disappear after anti-infection treatment,no complications. Conclusion：For patients with infectious kidney stones,Swiss fifth generation EMS pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy qing stone system of ultrasonic treatment,can improve the rubble stone rate,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten hospitalization time,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
