摘　　要：目的:探讨PPH联合外痔切除治疗重度混合痔的效果评价与并发症的防治。方法:收集2011年6月-2013年10月本院普通外科收治的重度混合痔患者82例,均采用PPH联合外痔切除术治疗,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:82例均治愈出院,术后均未发生肛瘘、肛门失禁、肛门狭窄和肛门内肿物脱出等不良反应,术后出血4例,在麻醉下缝扎止血后痊愈出院;术后疼痛3例,通过适当镇痛治疗后缓解;术后尿潴留3例,通过局部热敷和按摩小腹后治愈;术后肛门部灼热不适2例,3 d内自行缓解;下腹坠胀2例,经适当休息后缓解。结论:PPH联合外痔切除治疗重度混合痔具有手术操作简单、手术时间短、术后并发症少、恢复快等优势,是较为理想和完美的重度混合痔治疗方法,值得临床推广和运用。Objective： To discuss the effect of PPH combined with external hemorrhoid excision in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoid and the prevention of complications.Method： 82 cases of severe mixed hemorrhoid from June 2011 to October 2013 in our general surgical were collected and treated by PPH combined with external piles, clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Result： 82 cases were cured, had not been postoperative anal fistula, anal incontinence, anal stenosis and the anus in the mass emergence and other adverse reactions, postoperative hemorrhage 4 cases, seam in anesthesia plunging hemostatic recovered after treatment; 3 cases of postoperative pain, through proper pain relief after treatment. Postoperative urinary retention （ 3 cases ）, through the local hot compress and massage abdomen after cure.Heat discomfort in 2 cases, postoperative anal department within 3 days to ease.Ventral belly in 2 ease, after proper rest.Conclusion： PFH combined with external hemorrhoid excision in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids is simple in operation, less intraoperative bleeding, shorter operation time, less postoperative complications, faster recovery and other advantages, is more ideal and perfect severe mixed hemorrhoid treatment, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
