摘  要:目的:观察并探讨电刺激-生物反馈联合Kegel训练对产后压力性尿失禁(PSUI)盆底电生理指标的影响及其康复效果。方法选择既往无尿失禁病史但孕期和产后出现SUI的顺产妇80例,产后8~10周组和产后1年组各40例,对其进行电刺激-生物反馈联合 Kegel 训练。结果产后8~10周组盆底评估的阴道动态压、疲劳度、最大肌电位值恢复明显优于康复前与产后1年组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。尿失禁程度评分两组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。1 h尿垫试验评价两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电刺激-生物反馈联合Kegel训练对产后8~10周PSUI的康复效果优于产后1年者。Objective To observe and explore the electrical stimulation -and its rehabilitation biofeedback training on joint Kegel postpartum stress u-rinary incontinence (PSUI)pelvic floor electrical physiological indices. Methods but no previous history of urinary incontinence during pregnancy and postpar-tum SUI cis women 80 cases,eight weeks postpartum and postnatal groups to 1 0 groups each of 40 cases a year,its electrical stimulation -a joint Kegel biofeed-back training. Results 8 to 1 0 weeks postpartum vaginal pelvic floor assessment group dynamic pressure,fatigue,maximum EMG median recovery was signifi-cantly better than the former one-year rehabilitation and post-natal group,the difference was significant (P〈0. 05 ). Incontinence severity score difference was significant (P〈0. 01 ). 1 h pad test evaluated the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion Electrical stimulation -biofeedback training combined with Kegel 8 to 1 0 weeks postpartum rehabilitation PSUI is better than 1 year postpartum.
