印尼西帝汶岛锰矿地球化学特征及成因浅析

摘  要:印尼西帝汶岛锰矿处于欧亚大陆板块与太平洋板块、印度洋—澳大利亚板块三大巨型板块结合部,锰矿体产出和分布严格受新近系和白垩系下统的含锰岩系控制,围岩以碎屑岩和泥岩为主,锰矿呈层状、似层状、透镜状,整合产出并与地层同步褶皱,矿石具块状构造和条带状构造,沉积特征明显。通过对矿石和围岩的稀土元素特征进行分析对比,认为西帝汶岛锰矿床为半深海—深海沉积型锰矿。Indonesia West Timor island Mn deposit is in the conjunction part of 3 great plate, ie, Eurasian plate, Pacific plate and Indian Ocean-Australia plate. The occurrence and distribution of Mn ore body are con- trolled strictly by Neogene and Lower Cretaceous Mn-bearing rock series. The main wall rocks are elastic rock and mudstone. The Mn ore body is bedded, stratoid, lenticular, conformable occurrence, folded consistently with the strata. The ore structure is massive and banded, with the clear sedimentation feature. According to the analy- sis and comparison of REE feature of ore and wall rock, we think West Timor island Mn deposit is a bathyal-abys- real sedimentary Mn deposit.
