某烟草生产企业作业工人职业紧张现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的调查某烟草生产企业作业工人职业紧张现况,并分析其影响因素。方法使用基本情况调查表和职业紧张问卷(OSI-R)作为调查工具,便利抽取某烟草生产企业453名全部在职作业工人进行调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果 (1)烟草作业工人职业任务总分(171.56±21.71)分,个体紧张反应总分为(120.10±22.83)分,个体应对资源总分为(129.83±22.98)分;作业工人职业紧张的重点人群特征为:年龄>40岁,已婚大专及以上学历,工作年限>10年,在接害车间工作。(2)多重线性回归分析结果显示,职业任务的主要影响因素有年龄、接害车间工作,个体紧张反应的主要影响因素有年龄、学历和接害车间工作,个体应对资源的主要影响因素有年龄和工作年限。结论烟草生产作业工人面临着较严重的职业紧张。为缓解作业工人的职业紧张,应适当减轻职业任务,并针对造成职业紧张的各种因素采取相应的对策。Objective To investigate the current status of occupational stress of workers in a cigarettes factory and determine its influencing factors. Methods The survey was conduced by using a questionnaire of basic information and occupational stress inventory revised edition （OSI--R） among 453 workers. Results （1） The score of occupational role questionnaire was 171.56 ± 21.71, that of personal strain questionnaire was 120.10 ± 22.83 and that of personal resources questionnaire was 129.83 ± 22.98; The important features of occupation stress were： older than 40 years, married, college degree or above, work experience more than 10 years, exposed workshop. （2） Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting occupational tasks were age and the workshop being exposed to harmful factors, and the main influential factors of individual stress responses were age, education level and the workshop being exposed to harmful factors, the main influential factors of personal resources were age and work experience. Conclusion The workers of cigarettes factory faces serious occupation stress. In order to alleviate the occupation stress of workers, it should be appropriate to reduce the occupational work and take corresponding measures.
