殡葬职工孤独感与社会支持的关系研究

摘　　要：目的调查殡葬职工孤独感与社会支持之间的关系。方法采用孤独分类量表和社会支持评定量表对重庆市城区105名殡葬业职工进行问卷调查。结果男性职工在集体关系的孤独感得分显著高于女性职工,＂20~36岁＂职工在家庭关系孤独感和孤独感总分得分均显著高于＂37~55岁＂职工;女性职工社会支持各维度及总分得分均显著高于男性职工,＂20~36岁＂职工在主观支持、支持利用度及总分得分上均显著低于＂37~55岁＂职工;孤独感各维度及总分与社会支持各维度及总分均有显著负相关,社会支持对孤独感有预测作用。结论殡葬职工感受到的主客观支持越多、越善于利用社会支持,孤独感越低。要降低殡葬职工的孤独感,就要增强利用社会支持的能力,改善他们的社会支持状况,加强他们的心理健康辅导。Objective To explore the relationship of funeral workers＇ loneliness and social support. Methods Totally 108 funeral worker from Chongqing completed the loneliness scale and social support scale. Results The male funeral worker had higher scores of loneliness on group relationship than the female funeral worker, the workers with 20-36 years had higher scores of loneliness on family relationship than those with 37-55 years; The female funeral worker had higher scores of social support than the male funeral worker; the 20-36 years workers had lower scores of social support than the 37-55 years workers; There was a negative correlation among the funeral workers＇ loneliness and social support. Conclusion We should reduce the loneliness of funeral worker by improving their social support, strengthening mental health education for them.
