摘 要:目的探讨西南地区汉族人群CMA-1903G/A(rs1800875)和ALDH2-rs671多态性与胃癌发病风险的关系。方法采用1∶1配对病例对照研究,纳入经组织病理确诊的胃癌病人及健康对照各308例,使用自行设计的问卷收集研究对象的人口学特征和胃癌危险因素信息,并对rs1800875和rs671基因多态特征进行检测。结果 rs1800875GG、AG和AA基因型在病例组和对照组中的分布频率分别为:64.4%、32.7%、2.9%和61.7%、33.7%、4.6%;rs671GG、GA和AA基因型在两组中的分布频率分别为:63.0%、34.4%、2.6%和63.0%、32.5%、4.5%;上述两基因型频率分布在两组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。吸烟和饮酒两类人群中rs671 GA+AA基因型携带者患胃癌的风险高于GG基因型携带者(P=0.01,P=0.025),rs1800875基因多态性与胃癌的患病风险不存在统计学意义的关联(P=0.928,P=0.974)。结论本研究发现rs671在吸烟和饮酒人群中其多态性与胃癌的发病风险有关,rs1800875多态性与胃癌的发病风险无关。Objective To explore the association of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in CMA -1903G/A (rs1800875) and ALDH2 (rs671) of genes with the risk of gastric cancer among Han Chinese in the southwestern region of China. Methods 1:1 case-control study was designed to collect 308 patients with gastric cancer and 308 matched healthy persons as control. Demographic data and risk factors were collected using a self-designed questionnaire. Meanwhile, rs1800875 and rs671 were sequenced for these subjects. Results The genotype frequency of rs1800875 GG, AG and AA was 64.4%, 32.7% and 2.9%, respectively among the patients while 61.7%, 33.7% and 4.6% among the controls. For rs671, the frequency of GG, GA and AA was respectively 63.0%, 34.4% and 2.6% among the patients while 63.0%, 32.5% and 4.5% among the controls. No statistical significant differences were existed in the two groups regarding the distribution of genotype. The Rs671 GA+AA genotype carriers were higher risky for gastric cancer than the GG genotype carriers in the smoking or drinking population (P=-0.01 and P=0.025). While genes rs1800875 carriers in the two populations had no statistical significant differences for gastric cancer (P=0.928 and P=-0.974). Conclusion There are associations between rs671 and the risk of gastric cancer in smoking or drinking population, but no associations between rs1800875 and the risk of gastric.
