摘 要:为快速检测船用电缆的剩余使用寿命,尝试应用硬度这一可以快速检测的特征量来建立一种船舶电缆绝缘老化寿命快速检测方法。对船用丁苯橡胶电缆开展了加速老化实验,并对老化后的试样进行了硬度测试,并对所得数据进行处理,提出基于硬度的船用电缆剩余寿命快速检测方法,最后通过标准的基于断裂伸长保留率的寿命检测方法对所提出的快速检测方法进行检验。结果表明,2种方法具有高度的一致性,从而为船用电缆剩余寿命快速评估提供一种新的思路。In order to detect the residue lifetime of marine cable rapidly, a characteristic parameter of hardness which can be tested quickly is used to develop the rapid detection method. Accelerated aging experiment was conducted for styrene butadiene rubber ( SBR) marine cable. After that hardness of the aged cable insulation layer samples was measured. Then, based on the related calculation methods stipulated in GB/T 11026.3-2006, the experimental data was analyzed. Further, a rapid detection method for detecting marine cable residue lifetime based on its hardness was proposed. The method was verified by the standard method which uses elongation at break as characteristic parameter. The results show that these two methods have high consistency. Thus, the proposed rapid detection method provides a new way for the rapid evaluation of marine cable residue lifetime.
