摘 要:针对窄矩形通道内弹状流的气弹行为和阻力特性问题,以空气和水为工质,应用高速摄影仪,对3.25 mm×43 mm的竖直矩形通道进行了弹状流的可视化研究。实验共获得111组数据,气、液相雷诺数范围分别为55~2042和1115~22016。实验结果表明,气弹上升速度随两相折算速度线性增加;气弹长度随液相折算速度的增加而减小,随气相折算速度的增加近似线性增大;气弹区(1≤L*b <2),气弹宽度随气相流量的增大而显著增大,到达加长气弹区(L*b ≥2),气弹宽度基本稳定。基于两相折算速度的雷诺数对实验数据进行拟合,拟合关系式的误差为14.7%。Focused on the slug behaviors and resistance, a visualization study on slug flow in a vertical narrow rectangular duct (3.25 mm×43 mm) is carried out by using a high-speed camera. Air and water are used as the test medium in present study. The Reynolds numbers of air and water were 55~2 042 and 1 115~22 016 respectively, and 111 data points were obtained during the experiment. The results show that slug velocity increases linearly with the increase of two-phase superficial velocity. The slug length decreases as the liquid superficial velocity increases and it increases nearly linearly as the gas superficial velocity grows. The slug width increases dramatically as the gas superficial velocity increases in the slug region (1≤L*b < 2) , and it remains essentially the same in the elongated slug region ( L*b ≥2) . The correlation is proposed with a Reynolds number based on the two-phase superficial velocity and the deviation of the new correlation is 14.7%.
