转鼓式飞剪在1780热轧带钢生产线的应用

摘　　要：飞剪是热带钢连轧设备中不可缺少的剪切设备,它对带钢的咬入、减少带坯对轧辊的冲击、防止轧制过程中出现卡钢事故、使钢卷尾部平齐、易于卷取和打包都起到决定性作用,对产品质量的好坏和成材率有直接联系。从工艺角度介绍了承钢1780热轧带钢生产线中转鼓式飞剪的结构及特点、工艺要求、控制及连锁要求、在线监测控制。针对生产中存在的问题,提出了解决措施。Flying shear is indispensable cutting equipment in hot continuous rolling of hot strip steel. It plays a decisive role in bite of strip steel,reducing impact of strip steel billet on roll,preventing strip blocked in rolling,making nail of strip steel coil flat and level and the strip easily coiled and packed,and as well as has a direct influence on quality and yield of products. It is introduced,from the angle of process,the structure,characteristics,process requirement,control and interlock demand and on- line monitoring of the drum type flying shear in 1780 hot rolling strip steel line of Cheng Steel,some measures proposed against to problems in production.
