综合护理干预在肝癌介入患者疼痛护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究综合护理干预在肝癌介入患者疼痛综合护理中的应用价值。方法该组抽取该院于2011年9月—2013年9月期间行肝癌介入治疗的患者78例,将患者随机均分为两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行综合护理干预,观察两组患者的临床疗效以及综合护理满意率。结果观察组的治疗有效率为94.87%,对照组的治疗有效率为71.79%,观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的综合护理满意率为97.44%,对照组患者的综合护理满意率为66.67%,观察组患者的满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强综合护理干预在肝癌介入患者疼痛综合护理中的应用,能够减轻患者的疼痛程度,提高综合护理满意率,值得推广使用。Objective To study the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in comprehensive pain nursing for patients with interventional therapy of liver cancer. Methods 78 patients underwent interventional therapy of liver cancer in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 were selected and divided into two groups randomly and equally. The control group was given the conventional nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the nursing given to the control group. The clinical efficacy as well as comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate of two groups of patients was observed. Results The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%, and that of the control group was 71.79%, the treatment effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.44%, and that of the control group was 66.67%, the comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening the application of comprehensive nursing in- tervention in the comprehensive pain nursing for patients with interventional therapy of liver cancer can alleviate the pain level of the patients, improve the comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate, and is worthy of promotion and application.
