吻合器直肠粘膜环切加闭式修补治疗直肠前突的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨直肠前突的手术治疗效果。方法对比采用经直肠吻合器直肠粘膜环形切除加闭式修补术治疗的215例直肠前突患者的手术前后的便秘评分,进行统计分析。结果术后随访12~120（平均60.26）个月,术前便秘评分17.42±3.28（11~24）,术后便秘评分3.65±4.47（0~21）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,手术有效率90.70%,无严重术后并发症。结论经直肠吻合器直肠粘膜环形切除加闭式修补术治疗直肠前突疗效确切,手术损伤小。Objective To evaluate the surgical treatment effect of rectocele. Methods The continence grading scale of 215 patients with reetoeele before and after the treatment of PPH plus closed repair from July 2003 to July 2013 was compared and analyzed statistically. Results The patients were followed up from 12 to 120 months （average 60.26 months）. The preoperative and postoperative continence grading scale is 17.42±3.28 （11-24） and 3.65±4.47 （0-21） respectively, P〈0.01; the effective rate of the surgery is 90.70%, and no severe postoperative complications occurred. Conclusion This procedure is effective and microinvasive in the treatment of rectocele.
