自拟玄参甘桔饮治疗慢性咽炎50例疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨和评价玄参甘桔饮在慢性咽炎中的治疗效果。方法选取100例阴虚型慢性咽炎患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别予玄参甘桔饮及西药治疗1月后,观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征改善情况。结果 1疗效评定:实验组治愈3例,显效26例,有效14例,无效7例,治愈率6%,显效率52%,总有效率86%;对照组治愈1例,显效9例,有效29例,无效11例,治愈率2%,显效率18%,总有效率78%,实验组疗效明显好于对照组(P=0.002);2临床症状积分评定:两组治疗前症状积分比较(P=0.158)差异无统计学意义;两组治疗后症状积分比较(P=0.02)、积分差值比较(P=0.01)、实验组治疗前后积分比较(P=0.02)均提示实验组在改善临床症状方面具有显著效果且优于对照组。结论玄参甘桔饮对慢性咽炎患者有明显的治疗作用,可显著改善患者的临床症状、体征。Objective To investigate and evaluate the therapeutic effect of Radix Scrophulariae Ganjie Drink on chronic pharyngi- tis. Methods 100 patients with yin deficiency type chronic pharyngitis were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, and treated with Radix Scrophulariae Ganjie Drink and western medicine for 1 month, respectively. Then the improvement of clinical symptoms and physical signs of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results （1） Evaluation of the curative effect： in the experimental group, 3 cases were cured, the treatment was markedly effective in 26 cases, effective in 14 cases, invalid in 7 cases, the cure rate was 6%, markedly effective rate was 52%, the total efficiency was 86%; in the control group, 1 case was cured, the treatment was markedly effective in 9 cases, effective in 29 cases, invalid in 11 cases, the cure rate was 2%, markedly effective rate was 18%, the total efficiency was 78%, the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group （P=0.O02）. （2）Evaluation of the clinical symptom score： the difference in symptom score between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant （P=0.158）; after treatment, the comparison of symptom score （/9=-0.02） and integral difference （P=-O.01） between the two groups, the difference in integrals of the observation group before and after treatment （P=O.02） indicated that the experimental group had a significant effect on improving the clinical symptoms and it was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Radix Scrophulariae Ganjie Drink has an obvious therapeutic effect on patients with chronic pharyngitis, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and physical signs of the patients.
