摘　　要：本文就当前湖南工业大学大学生体育权利现状,在问卷调查和对文献资料分析的基础上,探析了当前大学生对自身体育权利的了解,以及对体育权利遭受侵害时是否能够进行自我保护进行研究。由于侵害大学生体育权利的行为在认识上具有一定的模糊性,这是当前普通高校普遍存在的一个未被人们引以为重的问题。因此,研究大学生的体育权利保护意识对维护大学生体育权利、增强大学生体育法意识、提高大学生全面发展所具备的教育公平、公正性具有重要的研究意义与应用价值。Based on the current status of student sports rights in Hunan University of Technology, and using the method of literature review and questionnaire, this paper analyzes the current student ’ s sports rights understanding, and self-protection of sports right.Due to the infringement on the rights of college students＇sports behavior has a certain ambiguity, this is the current prevalent in common colleges and universities that is a major problem not taken seriously by people.Therefore, research on college students＇sports rights consciousness of college students＇sports rights maintenance, strengthen the consciousness of college students＇sports law, improve college students＇all-round development of education fairness, impartiality has important research significance and application value.
