摘　　要：目的探讨左旋-二脱水伊地醇双甲磺酸酯含药血清对HL-60细胞的增殖抑制作用。方法运用CCK-8法测定不同剂量组DMDAI-L的含药血清对HL-60细胞的增殖影响。结果 DMDAI-L高中低剂量组含药血清作用HL-60细胞48 h抑制率分别为30.29%、20.72%、13.97%,而阳性组(环磷酰胺)抑制率为18.16%,高、中、低剂量组、阳性对照组与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 DMDAI-L含药血清能够有效抑制HL-60细胞增殖。Objective To detect the effect of serum containing DMDAI-L on human myeloid leukemia HL-60 cells. MetHods The proliferation inhibitory effect of serum containing DMDAI-L on human myeloid leukemia HL-60 cells were detected by CCK-8 assay in vitro. Results The high,medium and low-dose groups of serum containing DMDAI-L can inhibit the growth of HL -60 cells,the inhibition rate of high,medium and low -dose groups for 48 hours were 30. 29%,20. 72%,13. 97%and cyclophosphamide group was 18. 16%,there was significantly difference related to the con-trol group（P〈0. 05）. CoNclusioN The serum containing DMDAI-L can inhibit the growth of HL-60 cells effectively.
