胆宁片对胆固醇结石模型豚鼠胆囊运动功能及血浆CCK水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨胆宁片对胆固醇结石豚鼠胆囊运动功能及血浆胆囊收缩素(CCK)水平的影响。方法雌性豚鼠60只,体质量(300±20)g,随机分为空白组、模型组、DN组和UDCA组,每组15只,除空白组外,采用"高胆固醇致石食饵诱发法"建立豚鼠胆固醇结石模型,并于造模伊始分别对各治疗组予药物干预,DN组灌服DN混悬液0.52 g/(kg·d),UDCA组灌服UDCA混悬液0.05 g/(kg·d),模型组与空白组均灌服等容量的生理盐水,7周后观察各组豚鼠一般情况、在体胆囊运动功能及血浆CCK水平。结果胆宁片可显著降低豚鼠胆固醇结石成石率,显著提高胆囊运动功能(P<0.01),并能显著升高血浆CCK水平(P<0.05)。结论中药胆宁片可能通过调控血浆CCK水平调节胆囊运动功能,促进胆囊排空,降低结石形成,对胆囊胆固醇结石有一定的防治作用。Objective To explore the effects of Danning Tablet （DN） on gallbladder motility and plasma CCK levels in guinea pigs with induced cholesterol gallstones. Methods 60 female guinea pigs which weight （300±20）g were randomly divided into control group, model group, DN group and UDCA group（ n = 15）, In addition to the control group, the cholesterol gallstones were induced by high cholesterol diet in guinea pigs. At the beginning of modeling DN （0.52 g/kg· d） and UDCA （0.05 g/kg·d） were given by gavage in guinea pigs of DN and UDCA groups,NS were given in guinea pigs of control group and untreated group. After 7 weeks later, observing the physical signs of the guinea pigs and the rates of gallstones formation, the gallbladder motility and the contents of CCK in the plasma were detected. Results DN can significantly decrease the rate of gallstone formation, the gallbladder motility and the contents of CCK in the plasma can be significantly increased （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Danning Tablet （DN）, a compound of traditional Chinese herbal medicine, may regulate the gallbladder motility by regulating the contents of CCK in the plasma, promote gallbladder emptying, and de-crease the rates of gallstones formation, which suggest there was a certain curative effect on cholesterol gallstone.
