摘　　要：目的研究通补消积饮对A549细胞PCNA蛋白表达的影响,探讨通补消积饮治疗肺癌的作用机制。方法用Western-blot法检测通补消积饮对A549细胞PCNA蛋白表达的影响。结果通补消积饮低、中、高剂量组含药血清作用于A549细胞48 h后,PCNA蛋白相对表达量分别为(0.749±0.083),(0.534±0.052),(0.402±0.048),通补消积饮各剂量组与空白血清组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),并表现出明显剂量依赖性。结论通补消积饮能明显抑制A549细胞PCNA蛋白的表达。Objectives To investigate the influence of the Tongbu Xiaoji Decoction on the human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells and the expression of PCN, thus to discuss the mechanism of the Tongbu Xiaoji Decoction to lung carcinoma. Methods The expression of PCNA protein in A549 cells were evaluated by Western blot. Result Tongbu Xiaoji Decoction with low,median and high dose medicated serum were used to affected A549 cell in 48 h separately. The protein expression of PCNA of A549 cells was significantly decreased and the values were （0.749 ± 0.083 ）, （0.534 ±0.052） and （0.402 ± 0.048 ）. Compared with that of blank group, Tongbu Xiaoji Decoction with low, median and high dose medicated serum had a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05/P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the affection shows a dose-dependent manner. Conclusions Tongbu Xiaoji Decoction inhibited the protein expression of PCNA to A549 cells significantly.
