摘　　要：赵建军教授临证谨守病机,深悟异病同治的中医辨证论治精髓,有是证,用是药,不受疾病的限制。抓住病因,结合症状,针对肝脾不和之证,从肝论治,虽为不同疾病,表现症状各异,但发病的病机相同,均为情志不畅所致肝气郁结,肝郁日久导致肝的疏泄功能失调,日久引起五脏气血失调,肝气郁结,横逆乘土,日久化火,则出现肝脾失和之症。临证治以理气开郁、清肝泻火、怡情易性。并自拟抑郁方辨证论治,疏肝解郁不离其宗,异病同治,疗效显著。Professor Zhao Jiangjun therapy for pathogenesis, deep enlightenment essence of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. There is a card with a drug, not restricted by disease. Seize the cause of disease, symptoms combined for liver and spleen discord. Mthough there are different diseases manifestations, but the incidence is same, both poor emotional due to liver Qi stagnation, long time dysfunction of liver pathogenesis will cause the disorder of Qi and blood, lack of internal organs causing blood disoeders, unreasonableness by soil, after many days the become the fire, disharmony of liver and spleen appeared. Both can therapy for guiding Qi and cure Gloomy, cleating heat and tonifying liver, builds optimistic mood. Self diagnosis for syndrome differentiation and treatment of depression side, separated from their cases, and achieved good curative effect.
