摘　　要：特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的中医学病机为火热熏灼,迫血妄行;气不摄血,血溢脉外;瘀血阻滞,新血不生。中医证候呈现脾气亏虚、气血不足、热瘀互结的特征。中医治法为清热解毒,凉血止血;扶助正气,益气养血;滋阴降火,宁络止血,各证型均配伍益气健脾之中药。ITP从脾论治的临床疗效机制为能调节细胞因子网络平衡,改善体液和细胞免疫功能,促进巨核细胞分化成熟,保护胃黏膜。The TCM pathogenesis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP） is ＂Hot smoked burning that forced blood; Qi is not taken blood, blood spill outside of arteries and veins ; Blood stasis block, new blood is not born＂. TCM syndrome manifestation of the characteristics is Spleen deficiency, qi deficiency syndromes, and heat and blood stasis. Chinese medicine treatment is heat - clearing and detoxifying, cooling blood bleeding;evening the upright, tomifying qi and blood; Yin send fire, ning collaterals to stop the bleeding. Each syndrome of TCM are equipped with Traditional Chinese Medicine replenishing qi of the spleen. ITP treated from the spleen which is satisfactory and has clinical effect, the mechanism of which is regulating cytokine network balance;improving the humoral and cellular immune function;promoting the megakaryoeyte differentiation mature;protecting gastric mucosa.
