摘　　要：高血压脑出血术后,常出现难以控制的高血压症状,处理好术后高血压危象是围手术期中最重要的一环。高血压脑出血术后病标在脑、心、胃、肺、肾,病本在肝胆,其性为风火,乃风火相煽,挟气血上犯冲脑而致。治当清火平肝,引血下行,方选张锡纯清火、平肝、引血下行之建瓴汤(方药:怀牛膝、生白芍、山药、生赭石、生龙骨、生牡蛎、生地黄、柏子仁等)随症加减。It is often difficult to control hypertension symptoms after the operation for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. The postoperative treatment of hypertensive crisis is the most important part in operation period. The symptom of the disease occurs at brain, heart, stomach, lung and kidney, but its root is in the liver and gallbladder and its nature is wind and fire. Wind and fire mingled with blood and Qi rushed upward to the brain lead to hypertension. In the treatment, it is crucial to clear fire, suppress hyperactive liver, and make blood downlink. Modification according to symptoms, Jianling Decoction of Zhang Xichun, which consists of aehyranthes bidentata, raw radix paeoniae alba, Chinese yam, raw sienna, raw keel, oyster, radix rehmanniae, Bai Ziren etc., can satisfactorily achieve the effect.
