补肾胶囊治疗脾肾阳虚型肾病综合征

摘　　要：目的观察补肾胶囊治疗肾病综合征(脾肾阳虚型)的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例,对照组给予益肾康胶囊口服治疗,治疗组在基础治疗的同时给予补肾胶囊(生地黄、熟地黄、杜仲等)口服治疗。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后血清白蛋白等生化指标的变化。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为90%和70%,2组比较,P<0.05。治疗组对于改善主要临床症状(倦怠乏力、眼睑及双下肢浮肿)、血清白蛋白、尿蛋白学等方面疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾胶囊治疗肾病综合征(脾肾阳虚型)能降低尿蛋白、抗血小板聚集、减轻糖皮质激素的毒副作用,延缓肾功能减退。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Capsule in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome （Yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney）. Method 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 30 patients in each group. Patients in the control group took Yishenkang Capsule orally, while patients in the treatment group took Bushen Capsule （consisted of rehmannia root, prepared rehmannia root, eucommia, and so on） orally based on the basic treatment. To observe the clinical effects of the 2 groups and the changes of biochemical index before and after the treatment, such as serum albumin. Result The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90% and 70% respec- tively, with significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group in many aspects, such as improving the main clinical symptoms （fatigue, edema of eyelid and both lower limbs）, serum albumin, urine protein science, with significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion To treat nephrotic syndrome （yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney） by using Bushen Capsule could decrease urinary protein, inhibit platelet aggregation, reduce the toxic side effect of the glucocorticoid, and delay the deterioration of kidney function.
