前列通方治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎23例

摘　　要：目的观察前列通方治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法 46例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各23例,治疗组予中药前列通方(刘寄奴、石韦、柴胡、黄芩、半夏、马鞭草、冬葵子等)口服,对照组予普适泰片(1片/次,2次/d),疗程1个月,观察临床疗效及慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)积分、前列腺液(EPS)常规检查等指标变化情况。结果治疗组临床总有效率为78.26%,与对照组82.61%比较,无统计学意义;治疗后NIH-CPSI和EPS积分均较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论前列通方能有效改善慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者疼痛或不适感及排尿异常,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the Saw Palmetto for the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. Methods 46 cases of patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 23 cases in each. The former were chosen and given oral TCM Saw Palmetto （ Artemisia anomala, Pyrrosia lingua, Radix bupleuri , Scutellaria baicalensis , Pinellia ternata , Verbna , Chingma abutilon seed, etc. ）, and latter wich pushitai tablet. After 1 month of treatment, the clinical effect and changes of indexes such as chronic inflammatory prostate index （NIH-CPSI） score and prostate fluid （EPS） routine examination were observed. Results The two group has no statrsically significant in the total effective rate. After treatment, the NIH-CPSI （pain or discomfort, abnormal urination, quality of life） and EPS （lecithin corpuscle, white blood cells） scores were significantly reduced （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Saw Palmetto can effectively ease the pain or discomfortableness and abnormal urination of the patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis, and improve the patients＇ quality of life.
