摘　　要：目的统计临床研究文献中常用的治疗功能性便秘的中药及复方,为中医药防治功能性便秘的新药研发提供参考。方法以《中国科学引文数据库》(CSCD)、《中国生物医学文献数据库》(CBMdisc)为检索对象,对相关文献阅读、分析后统计有效方药。结果纳入215篇有效文献,统计单味中药136种。当归、白术、火麻仁、黄芪、枳实、甘草、肉苁蓉、生地黄、枳壳、桃仁等10味中药在单味药中使用频次较高,分别属于补益药(补气、补血、补阴、补阳)、调理气血药(理气、活血)、泻下通便(润肠、攻下、清热)、其他(宣肺、化湿健脾、消食、通窍)等3大类。结论功能性便秘主要与患者气血阴阳亏虚、气机郁滞、肠燥等因素相关,治疗上以补气健脾、养血润肠、行气活血为基本原则。Objective To count the common traditional Chinese medicine and compound Chinese medicine in treating func- tional constipation in the clinical research literature. Methods Chinese science citation database （CSCD） and Chinese biomedical literature database（CBMdisc） were retrieved, and relevant literature was read and analyzed, and then effective prescription was counted. Results The two database totally included 215 effective literatures and 136 single taste of tradi- tional Chinese medicine. Ten traditional Chinese medicines （angelica sinensis, rhizoma atractylodis macrocephal, fire maren , astragalus , immature bitter orange, liquorice, desertliving cistanche , born rehmannia ,fructus aurantii immaturus ,peach kernel, etc） were used in high frequency in single herb, which respectively belonged to three kinds and as follows： the tonic （tonifying qi and blood, tonifying yin, tonifying yang）, regulation of qi and blood drug （ regulating qi, promoting blood circulation）, purgation （ lubricating the intestines, tapping, clearing heat）, and others （ releasing stagnated lung-qi, clearing away dampness and tonifying spleen, promoting digestion, dredging orifices）. Conclusion The functional constipation had a relationship with deficiency of qi and blood as well as yin and yang, stagnation of qi activity, intestinal dryness and etc, so the basic principle of treatment was tonifying qi and spleen, nourishing blood and lubricating the intestines, promoting the circulation of qi and blood.
