萆松节糊剂配合理疗对下尺桡关节损伤愈后的影响

摘　　要：目的观察萆松节糊剂配合理疗对下尺桡关节损伤愈后的影响。方法选取我院陈旧性下尺桡关节损伤患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,2组患者入院均给予非甾体类抗感染药配合局部封闭治疗。治疗组在上述常规治疗的基础上加用萆松节糊剂涂抹于患处,并配合红外线理疗及常规功能锻炼治疗;对照组只采用常规疗法配合常规功能锻炼治疗。2组均以4周为1疗程。对比2组患者治疗1疗程后Green-O'Brien腕关节功能评分改善情况及临床疗效。结果 2组患者治疗后腕关节握力、疼痛、肿胀及旋转功能评分均较治疗前显著下降,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后总有效率为97.5%,对照组为82.5%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论萆松节糊剂配合红外线理疗可显著改善下尺桡关节损伤患者腕关节疼痛、肿胀症状,改善腕关节功能。dial joint Objective To observe the effect of Bixie Songfie Paste combined with physical therapy on prognosis of ulnar radamage. Methods 80 patients with chronic ulnar radial joint damage admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into 40 treatment groups and 40 control groups, two groups of patients were all given non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs combined with local closed treatment after admission. Based on the above mentioned conventional treatment, the treatment group was additionally provided with Bixie Songjie Paste to smear onto the affected part, accompanied by infrared phys- ical therapy and regular functional exercise;the control group was only treated with conventional treatment and regular func- tional exercise. After a course of treatment for 4 weeks, score improvement and clinical curative effect of Green-O＇Brien wrist joint function were compared between the two groups of patients. Results After treatment, wrist grip strength, pain, swelling and the rotation function score of two groups of patients decreased significantly, the comparative difference before and after treatment had statistical significance, the comparative difference between the two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 97.5 % and 82.5 % respectively, the comparative difference between the two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）.
