摘　　要：目的观察柏竭珍珠膏治疗烧伤残余创面的临床效果。方法选取烧伤患者80例,通过随机分组的方式分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,治疗组选择本院自制柏竭珍珠膏(血竭、积雪草、当归、黄柏等)进行治疗,对照组使用京万红软膏进行治疗。观察治疗后不同时间段的创面愈合率及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组在第7,14,21 d时的愈合率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),2组在治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论柏竭珍珠膏治疗烧伤残余创面,能改善局部血液循环,减少创面细菌和毒素,有效控制感染及促进创面愈合,且无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Baijie Zhenzhu Ointment on treating residual bum wound. Methods 80 bum patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 40 patients in the treatment group and 40 others in the control group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Baijie Zhenzhu Ointment （consisted of sanguis draconis, Centella asiatic, Angelica sinensis, golden cypress and so on）, which was made by the Third People＇s Hospital of Wu Xi, while those in the control group were treated with Jingwanhong ointment. Observation concluded the wound healing rate and adverse reactions at different periods after the treatment. Results The wound healing rate of the treatment group is significantly higher than that of the control group on the seventh, fourteenth and twenty-first day after the treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. There are no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment in both of the groups. Conclusion To treat residual bum wound by using Baijie Zhenzhu Ointment can improve local blood circulation, reduce bacteria and toxins at burns wound, control infection effectively and promote wound healing, and there is no obvious adverse effect.
