排队论模型在采血室管理工作中应用探讨

摘　　要：医院采血室经常会出现患者长时间等待服务的情况。为了有效地解决这一问题,本研究提出了在采血室应用排队论模型的必要性、意义和可行性,详细论述了排队论的相关数学公式极其具体的使用方法,并对排队论模型的具体应用出了几点可行的建议。Hospital blood collection room often occur in patients with long time waiting for service, in order to solve this problem, this paper puts forward the necessity, significance and feasibility of theory model of queuing in blood collection room, discusses in detail the use of methods of mathematical formula of queuing theory is concrete, and the concrete application of the queuing theory model some feasible suggestions.
