摘  要:以电解锰渣、滑石为主要原料,添加适当的铝矾土和石英,在1 100~1 200℃温度内成功制备了钙长石、顽辉石陶瓷。实验发现,单相钙长石陶瓷在1 140℃以下就能生成,复相钙长石/顽辉石陶瓷需在1 140℃以上方能形成,而在1 200℃则会出现过烧现象。研究表明,在1 100~1 200℃烧结温度内,随着烧结温度升高,样品吸水率(Wa)和气孔率(Pa)均逐渐减小,体积密度(D)却逐渐增大,经1 180℃温度烧成样品的Wa和Pa极小而D最高(2.38g/cm3)。在1 100~1 160℃内,样品的抗折强度快速增加,在1 160~1 180℃时达到稳定状态,约105MPa,而一旦超过1 180℃,样品的抗折强度急剧下降。Using electrolytic manganese residue and talc as the main materials,along with some bauxite and quartz,the anorthite and enstatite ceramics were prepared at 1 100~1 200℃.It was found that the anorthite mono-phase ceramic was synthesized below 1 140℃,and the anorthite/enstatite multiphase ceramics were fabricated above 1 140℃.However,the overburning would arise at 1 200℃for the sintered sample.The experimental results show that,with the sintering temperature increasing,both the water absorption(Wa)and porosity(Pa)gradually decrease,but the bulk density(D)increases at 1 100~1 200℃.The sample exhibited the relatively lower Waand Pa,but the highest D(2.38g/cm3)at 1 180℃.Sintered at 1 100~1 160℃,the bending strength of samples increases rapidly with the temperature rising,and reaches the stable value at 1 160~1 180 ℃,about 105 MPa.Once exceeding 1 180 ℃,however,the bending strength decreases sharply.
