摘 要:为了研究复合絮凝剂对废弃泥浆压滤脱水性能的影响,采用正交试验的方法,对复合絮凝剂在不同剂量配比下对泥浆脱水的影响进行正交设计,利用泥浆压滤设备,得到不同加药量时泥浆脱水量与时间的变化关系,通过因素分析,得到了复合絮凝剂的最优配比。结果表明,加入阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂与Ca(OH)2、粉煤灰、十二烷基硫酸钠等有机、无机复合絮凝剂之后,泥浆的脱水性能得到极大改善;以泥浆的脱水量随时间的变化为依据,用函数拟合出加入絮凝剂之后泥浆的脱水量与时间的关系。研究结果对于工程中泥浆处理具有技术指导意义。In order to study the effect of composite flocculants on slurry dehydration,a series experiments were done to investigate the dewatering performance of the slurry with various type of flocculants at different volumes by using the method of orthogonal experiment.With the help of the pressure filtration equipment,the relationship of dehydration water amount and dehydration time was set up.The optimal components of different dehydrant type and their best ratios were acquired based on factor analysis.The experimental results indicate that the multicomponent of PAM,lime,fly ash,sodium lauryl ether sulfate do a better job than using them singly.The dehydration rate increases obviously and the dewatering property improves distinctly.A function between dehydration time and water amount was built.These results are of great importance in technical guidance for slurry treatment in various engineering.
