探讨纤维支气管镜治疗重症呼吸道感染的临床护理体会

摘　　要：目的分析纤维支气管镜对治疗重症呼吸道感染患者效果,探讨其临床护理体会。方法抽取到本院进行治疗的患者100例,将其分为两组对照组和观察组;对照组使用常规护理措施,观察组给予针对性的护理干预。结果对比观察组和对照组各方面的结果,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症呼吸道感染的患者进行有效的护理干预,可以提高治疗的成功率,值得临床推广。Objective To analysis effect of fiber bronchoscope for treatment of severe respiratory infection patients,to discuss the clinical nursing experience. Methods The extraction to the hospital treatment of 100 cases of patients,it can be divided into two groups in the control group and observation group. The control group using conventional nursing measures,observation group was given targeted nursing intervention. Results Observation group degree of anxiety, fear,and patient satisfaction were the result is better than that of control group, and concurrent rate was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with severe respiratory infection effective nursing intervention can improve the success rate of the treatment is worthy of clinical promotion.
