摘　　要：目的探讨小儿手术患者特点及手术护理配合。方法对儿童心理活动特点,术中护理配合,手术体位及固定法,小儿术中静脉输液、输血的管理进行分析。结果做好手术护理配合工作,配合手术顺利完成。结论根据不同年龄期小儿的心理、生理、解剖和病理的不同特点,配合小儿手术,做好护理工作。Objective To discuss the pediatric surgery nursing match characteristics. Methods To analysis the children＆#39;s psychological activity characteristic, intraoperative care coordination, operation position and fixed method, intravenous infusion in pediatric surgery and blood transfusion management. Results Did wel in pediatric surgery nursing match in order to cooperate smoothly with surgery. Conclusion According to child psychology, physiology, anatomy and pathology of different ages with different characteristics, combined with surgery do the nursing work wel .
