大剂量人血丙种球蛋白在特发性血小板减少性紫癜治疗中的应用探析

摘　　要：目的分析大剂量人血丙种球蛋白治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床效果。方法选取80例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者,分为治疗组与对照组,各40例,分别给予大剂量人血丙种球蛋白及泼尼松治疗。结果治疗组治疗总有效率多于对照组,血小板上升速度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大剂量人血丙种球蛋白治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜临床疗效显著,可促进血小板提高。Objective To analysis of large dose immunoglobulin in treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura clinical effect. Methods 80 cases of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients,40 patients were divided into treatment group and 40 cases in the control group, were treated with high dose intravenous immunoglobulin and prednisone. Results The treatment group total effective rate than the control group,the platelet rising faster than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High dose immunoglobulin in treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura clinical curative effect significantly,can promote platelet increase.
