T-LCP内固定治疗桡骨远端合并干骺端及骨干粉碎性骨折的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨和评价在桡骨远端合并干骺端及骨干粉碎性骨折患者治疗中,应用T-LCP内固定治疗方式的临床效果。方法选择2013年1月～2014年6月在我院接受治疗的98例桡骨远端合并干骺端及骨干粉碎性骨折治疗患者,均给予T-LCP内固定治疗,并在术后5～15个月进行随访与观察,比较治疗前后临床效果。结果 98例患者均痊愈,没有出现并发症和后遗症。术后第一周患者疼痛强度为（89±9）分,活动力恢复值为（1.12±0.91）分,第3周分别为（15±5）分和（5.12±1.08）分,疗效明显,比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 T-LCP内固定治疗桡骨远端合并干骺端及骨干粉碎性骨折患者,临床效果显著,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the distal radius and the backbone of the patients treated with metaphyseal fractures,the application of T-LCP fixation treatment clinical results. Methods January 2013 ～ June 2014 in our hospital treated 98 cases of distal radial fractures with metaphyseal and backbone therapy patients were given T-LCP fixation and after 5～15 month follow-up and observation,comparing before and after treatment clinical effect. Results 98 patients were cured without complications and sequelae. The first week after surgery in patients with pain intensity （89 ＆#177; 9） points,activity recovery value （1.12 ＆#177; 0.91） points,the first three weeks,respectively （15 ＆#177; 5） points and （5.12 ＆#177; 1.08） points,significantly,differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion T-LCP fixation of distal radial fractures with metaphyseal and backbone of patients,the clinical effect is significant,it is worth promoting.
