排卵汤加减治疗卵巢功能失调不孕症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨排卵汤加减治疗卵巢功能失调不孕症的临床效果。方法将我院近两年收治的80例卵巢功能失调不孕症患者临床资料进行回顾分析。结果观察组患者临床受孕率明显大于参考组(P<0.05);观察组LH、T、E2、P、FSH等指标水平改善情况明显优于参考组(P<0.05)。结论排卵汤加减治疗卵巢功能失调不孕症具有显著效果,可促进卵巢功能的恢复,促进受孕。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ovulation decoction in the treatment of ovarian dysfunction infertility. Methods 80 cases of ovarian function in our hospital in recent two years were disorders were retrospectively analyzed clinical data of patients with infertility. Results The patients in the observation group the clinical pregnancy rate is significantly greater than the reference group （P〈0.05）;observation group LH, T, E2, P, FSH and other indicators to improve the level of much better than the reference group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ovulation decoction in the treatment of ovarian dysfunction infertility has obvious effect, can promote the recovery of ovarian function, promote pregnancy.
