摘　　要：配电网通常是指63kV及以下的电压等级，直接向广大用户馈电的电力网。配电网的过电压问题与高压、超高压电网是有区别的。在内部过电压方面，要注意特有的内部过电压问题，以及与高压电网相比，易发生的断线引起的谐振过电压问题。这些过电压问题严重地威胁着电气设备的绝缘和电网的安全性。因此，只有系统地分析这些过电压问题的形成过程及其影响因素，才能合理有效地采取防护措施，保证电网安全可靠运行。Distribution network usually refers to the 63 kV and under voltage levels, and directly feeds to the broad masses of users of the network. Compared with the high voltage and ultrahigh voltage power grid, the overvoltage problems are different. At the internal overvoltage aspects, we should pay attention to special overvoltage problems, as well as compared with high voltage power grid, being vulnerable to break causes resonance overvoltage. These overvoltage problems seriously threaten the electrical equipment insulation. Only the system analyses the formation process of the overvoltage and the influencing factors, and can it reasonably take protective measures to ensure the safe operation of the power grid.
