摘  要:提出了一种适用于我国电站的旁路烟道型余热利用系统,并基于国内某600 MW超临界机组,对该余热利用系统进行了热力计算与性能分析。结果表明:该系统能够将锅炉排烟温度降低24℃,总体回收烟气余热17.4 MW,降低供电标准煤耗3.72 g/kW·h,年收益836.4万元,节能效果与经济收益显著,同时换热器能够满足工程实践要求,保证了系统的合理设计与安全运行。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high coal consumption in the power plant in China, a new bypass flue residual-heat utilization system applied to Chinese power plant is put forward. Thermodynamic calculation and performance analysis of the proposed system is done on the basic of a Chinese 600 MW supercritical unit. Results show that the system decreases 24℃ of exhaust gas temperature and recovers 17.4 MW of residual-heat in flue gas, with 3.72 g/kW · h of standard coal consumption reducing and the benefit of 8. 364 million yuan per year. Energy conservation effect and economic benefit are significant. Meanwhile, the heat exchangers meet requirements of engineering practice and the system is reasonable and safe.
