摘  要:CBF(CRT/DRE-binding factor)基因是一种低温响应转录因子基因,CBF蛋白能够与很多低温相关基因的启动子结合,使其表达,从而增强植物抗冷能力。本研究利用已经公布的CBF序列的保守区设计特异引物,对樱桃砧木吉塞拉6号的cDNA进行扩增,成功获得CBF的全长序列。序列分析结果表明,其开放阅读框为723 bp,编码240个氨基酸,具有典型的AP2结构域及CBF特有的两段短肽序列。氨基酸序列同源性分析表明,该CBF与蔷薇科植物同源性较高,与其他科属植物同源性较差。CBF ( C-repeat binding transcription factor ) is a transcription factor in cold acclimation response .CBF proteins combine with a lot of low temperature related promoters to express these genes , thus the plant tolerance to cold could be increased .In this study , the specific primers designed according to the conserved sequence of CBF gene from other plants were used to amplify the cDNA of Gisela 6, and then the total length sequence of CBF was obtained successfully .The sequence analysis results showed that its open reading frame ( ORF) was 723 bp encoding 240 amino acids , and it possessed two short peptide sequences and the specific AP2 domain protein .The amino acid sequence homology analysis showed that the cloned CBF shared higher homology with that from Rosaceae but lower with that from other plants.
