光照对金银花药材化学成分的影响

摘　　要：将金银花进行阳光直接照射,检测不同照射时间下金银花化学成分的含量变化。结果表明,阳光照射后金银花药材的含水量、叶绿素、可溶性糖、绿原酸、马钱苷及木犀草苷含量均不断下降;随光照时间的延长,不同成分含量下降的幅度差异明显,其中叶绿素下降幅度最大,其次是木犀草苷。总之,金银花药材质量受光照影响较大,应避光贮藏。The change of chemical components in FLOS LONICERAE JAPONICAE was determined after direct radiation in sunlight .The results showed that the contents of moisture , soluble sugars , chlorophyll , chlorogenic acid , loganin and luteolin-7-O-glucoside all decreased gradually after sunshine .The decrease amount varied in different components with increase of sunlight time .The content of chlorophyll dropped the most, and then the luteolin-7-O-glucoside.In conclusion, sunlight made great effects on quality of FLOS LONICERAE JAPONICAE ,so it should be stored in dark .
