摘  要:采用接种线虫的方法,探讨不同砧木嫁接对黄瓜产量及根结线虫病防治效果的影响。结果表明,接种南方根结线虫后,砧木嫁接明显提高了黄瓜产量,春季增产35.1%-54.1%,秋季增产14.1%-33.8%,其中以新动力嫁接的黄瓜产量最高。砧木嫁接对黄瓜根结线虫病具有一定的防治效果,其中以黄砧3号和新动力砧木的嫁接防效较好,春季防效为20.7%和16.9%,秋季防效为58.1%和47.4%。综合产量和防效,新动力耐根结线虫病,值得在黄瓜生产上推广应用。The effects of rootstock grafting on controlling root -knot nematode ( Meloidogyne incognita) and yield of cucumber were studied in greenhouse through inoculating with 2nd instars of root-knot nematode larval .The results showed that the yield of cucumber grafted with different rootstocks could increase by 35.1%-54.1%in spring and 14.1%-33.8% in autumn compared to own -rooted ones.Among which, the yield increasing effect of cucumber grafted with ‘Xindongli ’ was the best .Rootstock grafting had good effects on controlling cucumber root-knot nematode , and the control effects were better when grafted with‘Huangzhen 3’ and ‘Xindongli’, which were 20.7%and 16.9%in spring, and 58.1%and 47.4%in autumn respectively .Considering yield and control effect ,‘Xindongli ’ was a better rootstock resistant to cucumber root-knot nematode , which deserved popularization and utilization in cucumber production .
