摘  要:目的为了筛选川牛膝优质种源,保证川牛膝的品质。方法本实验以川牛膝主要有效成分杯苋甾酮为指标成分,采用灰色关联度分析方法,对3个道地产区的32个居群川牛膝正品及其混淆品指标成分含量与农艺性状、生态环境、根的显微特征进行关联度分析。结果得出对川牛膝杯苋甾酮含量贡献较大的农艺性状为叶、生态环境因素为海拔和降水量、根的显微构造为栓内层厚度。结论本实验筛选出了优质的川牛膝品种,为川牛膝的品种与质量评价提供科学、可靠的依据。OBJECTIVE To screen excellent provenance of Radix Cyathulae and ensure the quality of Radix Cyathulae. METHODS The main effective component of Cyathula officinalis Kuan, eyasterone, was taken as an index component. Grey relational analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between the contents of index component and agronomic, ecological environment, and miero characteristics of 32 authentic and adulterant populations of Cyathula officinalis from three genuine producing areas. RESULTS The main contribution to the content of eyasterone could be attributed to leaves in perspective of agronomic traits, elevation and precipitation in perspective of ecological environment factors, and thickness of phelloderm in perspective of the microscopic structure of the roots. CONCLUSION This study screens out quality Cyathula officinalis Kuan varieties and provide scientific and reliable basis for quality assessment of Radix Cyathulae varieties.
