摘　　要：目的：探讨优质护理服务在多导睡眠呼吸监测中的应用。方法回顾性分析139例鼾症病人采用多导睡眠呼吸监测仪进行夜间监测的临床资料。结果本组监测显示，单纯打鼾16例，阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征86例，中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征5例，混合性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（低通气与阻塞性）26例，6例因监测中病情变化终止监测。结论为监测患者提供全程优质高效、低耗、满意、放心的护理服务，不仅保证了监测者的安全,提升了病人与社会的满意度，而且对整个监测结果的准确性、确保操作的成功及顺利完成监测具有重要的意义。Objective to explore the application of quality of nursing service in respiratory polysomnography monitoring. Methods the clinical data of 139 patients with potential sleep respiratory disturbance accepting polysomnography for night monitoring have been retrospectively analyzed. Results Monitoring results showed that 16 patients had simplex snore, 86 cases had obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, 5 had central sleep apnea syndrome, and 26 cases had mixed sleep apnea syndrome （low ventilation and obstructive）, also 6 cases had to stop monitoring because of pathogenetic condition changes during monitoring. However, they had rehabilitated and discharged after transferring to ward. Conclusion Providing monitored patients with full quality and high efifciency, low cost, satisifed and relieved nursing service,can not only ensure the safety monitoring, improve patient and social satisfaction,but also has important signiifcance on the accuracy of the monitoring result to ensure operation success and smooth completion of monitoring.
