摘 要:目的:探讨丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉应用于脑外科手术的临床治疗效果。方法选取择期脑外科手术病例62例,依据asaⅠ~Ⅱ级,随机分为观察组与对照组,各组31例,其中观察组选用丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉术;对照组选用丙泊酚复合芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉术,对比分析两组患者临床麻醉效果。结果观察组中麻醉及手术过程中血液动力学稳定性好,清醒时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间及定向力恢复时间均短于对照组,具有统计学差异性意义(p<0.05)。结论在脑外科手中丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉术中血流动力学稳定性好,术后患者清醒时间短、清醒质量高,麻醉可控性更好,此法值得临床脑外科推广应用。Objective to explore the clinical effect of propofol combined with sufentanil for tci anesthesia in the operation of the cerebral surgery. Methods 62 cases undergoing cerebral surgery operation, on the basis of asaⅠ-Ⅱ, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 31 cases, patients in the observation group were given intravenous anesthesia with propofol combined with sufentanil, while patients in control group received anesthesia with propofol combined with fentanyl of target controlled infusion. the clinical effects of anesthesia of patients in two groups were compared. Results in the process of anesthesia and surgery, the hemodynamic stability is good, waking time, spontaneous breathing recovery time, extubation time and directional force recovery time in the observation group were shorter than that of the control group, with statistical significance difference (p〈0.05). Conclusion Propofol combined with sufentanil in target controlled intravenous anaesthesia in cerebral surgery could get hemodynamic stability, the time of postoperative patients recover to awake is short, with high quality of awake time, also, this kind of anesthesia has better controllability. this method is worthy of wide use in the clinical cerebral surgery.
