浓缩型和全粉型五味保肝丸总木脂素体外溶出速率对比研究

摘  要:目的:评价五味保肝丸浓缩型和全粉型主要成分体外溶出速率。方法以五味子总木脂素溶出速率为指标,采用变色酸水法显色,在570nm波长处检测吸光度测定含量,对比研究浓缩丸和全粉丸体外溶出速率情况。结果浓缩丸40分钟内就可全部崩解溶散和100%成分溶出,而全粉丸接近60分钟才能全部崩解溶散且仅有53.62%的成分溶出。结论浓缩丸的生物利用率约是全粉丸的两倍,药效明显优于全粉丸。Objective to evaluate dissolution rate of main ingredients of condensed type and powder type of Wuwei Baogan pills in vitro.Methods the dissolution rates of total lignans in fructus schisandrae were detected by chromotropic acid water method and its absorbance values of determination content were detected in the 570-nm wavelength. then dissolution rates of concentrated type and powder type of Wuwei Baogan pills in vitro were compared.Results condensed pill collapsed and dissolved away only after 40 minutes and 100%ingredients dissolving out, but powder pill collapsed and dissolved away after about 60 minutes and only 53.62%of the ingredients dissolving out.Conclusion the bioavailability of concentrated pill was twice the powder pill, and the efifcacy is superior to the powder pill.
