摘　　要：目的：探讨临床护理干预对老年性抑郁症的影响。方法分析36例老年性抑郁症患者抑郁和焦虑的原因，采取相应的护理措施。结果通过建立良好的护患关系，及时进行心理评估并采取针对性护理措施，促进功能恢复，取得良好的护理结果，大部分患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪得到缓解。结论科学的综合护理措施能够促进身体和心理的康复。Objective to explore the clinical effects of nursing intervention on senile depression. Methods analysis of 36 cases of senile depression in patients with depression and anxiety take corresponding nursing measures. Results through establishing good nurse patient relationship, timely psychological assessment and appropriate care measures, promote functional recovery, achieved good results in most patients nursing, anxiety and depression, ease. Conclusion the comprehensive nursing intervention of science to promote physical and psychological recovery.
