PBRM1和P53在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与病理分期的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨PBRM1和P53在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与病理分期的相关性,为临床诊断子宫内膜癌提供参考建议。方法:采用免疫组化法对60例子宫内膜癌患者的癌组织、癌旁组织及20例正常子宫内膜组织中的PBRM1和P53蛋白表达阳性率进行测定,并比较不同分期与PBRM1和P53蛋白表达阳性率的相关性。结果:子宫内膜癌组织中的PBRM1和P53蛋白(++)、(+++)比例均明显高于癌旁组织和正常组织(P<0.05);癌旁组织中的PBRM1和P53蛋白(++)、(+++)比例均明显高于正常组织,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PBRM1和P53蛋白表达阳性率具有相关性(P=0.00,r=0.722)。结论:子宫内膜组织中的PBRM1和P53蛋白表达阳性率变化可以早期诊断子宫内膜癌并判断其病理分期,PBRM1和P53与子宫内膜癌的病理分期呈正相关,两者可能还具有协同作用。Objective： To explore the expressions of PBRM1 and 1＇53 in endometrial cancer and the correlations with pathological stage, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis of endometrial cancer. Methods： The positive expression rates of PBRM1 and P53 pro- teins in 60 endometrial cancer tissue specimens, 60 paratumor tissue specimens and 20 normal endometrium tissue specimens were detected by immunohistochemieal method, and the correlations between different pathological stages and positive expression rates of PBRMI and [53 proteins were compared. Results： The positive expression rates of PBRM1 and P53 proteins in endometrial cancer tissue specimens were sta- tistically significantly higher than those in paratumor tissue specimens and normal endometrium tissue specimens （ P 〈 0.05 ） . The positive expression rates of PBRM1 and P53 proteins in paratumor tissue specimens were statistically significantly higher than those in normal endome- trium tissue specimens （P 〈0. 05） . There was a correlation between positive expression rate of PBRM1 protein and positive expression rate of P53 protein （P =0. 00, r = 0. 722） . Conclusion： The changes of positive expression rates of PBRM1 and P53 proteins in endometrium can be used for early diagnosis of endometrial cancer and judging its pathological stage. PBRM1 and P53 were positively correlated with pathological stage of endometrial cancer, and they may also have a synergistic effect.
