动物性食品中全氟化合物暴露对妊娠结局的影响研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨孕妇接触动物性食品中全氟化合物（PFCs）对妊娠结局的影响,为生殖健康及妇幼保健工作提供理论依据。方法：选取2013年1月～11月在该地区某医院就诊的孕产妇640名为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法,了解其在孕期接触动物性食品中PFCs的相关信息以及妊娠结局情况。结果：χ2检验结果显示,食用动物肥肉、动物肝脏和动物血类食品对孕产妇不良妊娠结局存在影响,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而食用鱼类食品对孕产妇不良妊娠结局无影响,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。Logistic回归分析结果显示,食用动物血类食品是不良妊娠结局的危险因素（OR=3.334）,其他因素与不良妊娠结局均无关,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：为了降低不良妊娠结局的发生率,孕期女性应平衡膳食,同时相关部门应加大食品安全管理,重视PFCs的危险性,尽可能地避免PFCs的接触。Objective： To explore the effect of exposure to perfluorinated compounds （PFCs） in animal derived food on pregnancy outcome, provide a theoretical basis for reproductive health and maternal and child health care work. Methods： A total of 640 pregnant women were selected from a hospital in the region from January to November in 2013 as study objects, a questionnaire was used to survey the related information of exposure to PFCs in animal derived food and pregnancy outcome. Results： The results of Chi - square test showed that fat consumption, liver consumption and animal blood food consumption had significant impacts on adverse pregnancy outcome （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but fish consumption had no significant impact on adverse pregnancy outcome （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . The results of logistic regression analysis showed that animal blood food consumption was a risk factor of adverse pregnancy outcome （ OR = 3. 334 ） , the other factors were not correlated with adverse pregnancy outcome （P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： In order to reduce the incidence rate of adverse pregnancy outcome, the pregnant women should keep reasonable diet. In the meantime, the relevant departments should attach importance to food safety and the risk of PFCs, PFCs exposure should be avoided as far as possible.
