摘　　要：电力调度交换机的运行维护对保证电网的安全运行十分重要。文章结合实际运行维护管理经验,介绍了Harris调度程控交换机的日常维护和故障判断、定位及处理方法。The maintenance and management of dispatching exchange is very important for the safe operation of power grid. Based on the practical experiences of operation and maintenance, this paper introduces several kinds of methods for daily maintenance and faults diagnosis on Harris dispatching exchange.
