摘　　要：企业在对项目投资决策时,往往需要考虑项目的投资额、生命周期、运营成本、年收益、残值等,并对这些基础因素进行估算,所以项目主体的预期目标便有很大不确定性。本文主要在了解这些相关不确定因素对项目影响的同时,对项目进行多因素敏感性分析。When the enterprises make strategic decisions on project invest, they need to consider amount of investment, life cycle, operating costs, annual earnings and salvage value of the project, and estimate the basic factors. So, the re-set target of the project subject has great uncertainty. This paper mainly carries on the muhi-factor sensitivity analysis of the project while understanding the influence of the related uncertain factors on the project.
