医院中医药类图书馆馆藏与中医药事业发展关系的思索——以南通大学附属医院图书馆为例

摘　　要：本文分析了南通大学附属医院图书馆中医药文献资源馆藏现状,指出当前医院图书馆对中医药事业发展文献资源服务不足、中西医文献资源所占比重严重失衡,文献资源征订供需不合理等现状,对医院图书馆如何更好的推进医院中医药事业发展提出了建议。This article analyzed the present state of the library collection concerning TCM of the Affiliated Hospital to Nantong University, figured out several existing states concerning hospital library resources exemplified by the shortages of library resources serving TCM development, the severe imbalanced ratio of the library resources on TCM to the library resources on Western Medicine and the unreasonable subscription state according to demand and supply. Lastly, the suggestions on how to better advance the TCM development of hospital under the services of hospital library are put forward.
