摘　　要：节奏是乒乓球比赛中的灵魂,也是技战术合理实施的集中表现。本文运用文献资料法、录像观察法等方法,通过对运动员在比赛节奏中的技术、战术、心理等因素的深入分析,总结出影响乒乓球比赛节奏变化的主要因素并提出提高节奏控制水平的建议,为进一步提高临场比赛能力提供理论依据。Rhythm is the soul of table tennis competition, and is also the concentrated expression of reasonable implementation of tactics. Through literature review method, video observation method and other methods, this article deeply analyzes the techniques, tactics, physics and other factors of the players in the competition, summarizes the main factors influencing the competition rhythm changes and puts forward suggestions to improve the rhythm control level, which provide theoretical basis for improving the players＂ competition ability.
