摘  要:在西北工业大学NF-3风洞的二元试验段开展风力机翼型极大迎角(±180°)条件下气动力和力矩的直接测量研究。介绍了极大迎角条件翼型测力试验的设备及试验方法。分析试验测试天平量程匹配与常规迎角翼型测力试验时的差异。试验结果分析及与风洞测压试验结果的比较表明,在极大迎角条件下,翼型气动力和力矩的直接测量方法能得到与测压方法一致、正确的试验结果;极大迎角条件翼型测力试验时天平的量程应按体轴系各量最大值确定;此条件下测量天平法向力最大值与切向力最大值的比值为常规试验条件下两者比值的2~3倍。The direct force measuring testing technique of aerodynamic characteristics of wind turbine airfoil at very high attack angle was carried out in the two-dimensional test section of NF-3 low speed wind tunnel in Northwestern Polytechnical University. The testing facility and testing method were introduced. The match of every quantity of force measuring balance with each other in testing at very high attack angle was researched. It is shown from testing results and the comparison with the results of pressure measuring method that the airfoil direct force measuring testing technique is able to obtain consistent results with the pressure measuring method, and range of every quantity of the force balance must be ascertained according to axes fixed in the body, and the ratio of normal force range to tangential force range of balance at the very high angle of attack is 2-3 times greater than that in the usual range of attack angle.
